Nanoscale extracellular vesicles (30–150 nm diameter) of endosomal origin secreted by mesenchymal stromal cells isolated from the connective tissue of the human umbilical cord. They carry bioactive cargo — proteins, lipids, mRNA, microRNA, and circular RNA — that mediates intercellular communication and drives tissue repair, immunomodulation, and regeneration without cell transplantation.
